ANSAQ contracting Company is the Certified Distributor for West-Com Nurse Call system in KSA and GCC. ANSAQ has West-Com certified Engineers and Technicians in its team and handles the installation of West-Com Nurse Call system in Prince Sultan Military Medical City, Riyadh, KSA.
This case study goes through the recent projects completed successfully in the VIP Building, Emergency Building, Day Care Unit, Operating Rooms and ICU etc. Also the ongoing projects are PSMMC Chronic diseases building.
Based on our extensive and proven experience in installation and maintenance of Nurse Call system, ANSAQ was selected as the system integrator and West-Com was selected to be the product to serve this challenging and demanding site. Latest models of field devices such as single patient stations, Dual patient stations, Dome lights, Staff Locators, Duty stations and Bathroom call devices were inculcated in the design. In the software part Focus Care software was selected to create a system controlling over the field devices and communication with the patients. The Focus care software has been used on the nurse stations as well as west-com’s field devices have been used for the highest quality of service for all the rooms of the wards in the hospital buildings.
